Available Properties

Enter your name and email in the boxes provided on the bottom of our website's home page.

All clubs are required to e-sign a Right-of-Entry permit prior to viewing available properties. Simply click the "Request Entry" button on the Search Properties page for the property you are interested in viewing.


General

ORVs (ATVs and UTVs) are allowed on the licensed property. Clubs are required to abide by the rules and regulations regarding ORV use that are outlined in the license agreement document.

Clubs are allowed to hunt deer with dogs on Kingwood property as long as it does not interfere with adjoining landowners/clubs.

Clubs are allowed to place posted signs on licensed property. All clubs are required to abide by the rules and regulations regarding posted signs that are outlined in the license agreement document.

All guests are required to sign an Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement form PRIOR TO accessing the licensed property. It is the responsibility of the club representative to keep all guest forms on file and only submit them to Kingwood upon request.


Payments

Certified Checks or Money Orders ONLY. No Personal Checks.

Annual license renewal payments are due by May 15th of each year. All payments not postmarked by May 15th will be assessed a $100 late fee. No exceptions.
